Where we ship

Chisel e-Store ships across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Below ₹999	₹99 flat (Standard shipping)

Any shipping charge applicable to your order is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery timelines

• Order processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• Metro cities: delivery typically within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Rest of India: delivery typically within 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or regional disruptions; we will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking details on the email / phone number provided at checkout.

Delivery attempts and incorrect addresses

• Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts before returning a shipment to us.
• Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — orders returned due to an incorrect or unreachable address may need to be re-shipped at additional cost.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If a parcel appears damaged or tampered with on arrival, please refuse to accept it and write to category@chiselindia.com within 48 hours with your order number. See our Cancellations & Refunds policy for how such cases are resolved.
