This Privacy Policy explains how Chisel Fitness India Pvt Ltd ("Chisel", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use chiselestore.com (the "Site"). It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, collected when you place an order.
Payment information: online payments are processed through PayU. Your card, UPI or banking credentials are collected and processed on PayU's secure systems; Chisel does not store full card or banking credentials. We receive transaction details such as the payment reference, amount and status.
Order history and support conversations: what you bought, and any emails or messages you send our support team.
Technical data: standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies needed for the store to function — for example, keeping items in your cart.

2. How we use it

To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to send you order updates.
To handle returns, refunds and support requests.
To issue GST invoices and meet our legal and tax obligations.
To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
To improve the store — always on aggregated, non-identifying data.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

PayU — to process online payments, payment status updates and refunds.
Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so your order can be delivered.
Partner brands — aggregated sales data only; brands do not receive your personal contact details.
Authorities — where required by law, such as tax or law-enforcement requests.

4. Cookies

The Site uses essential cookies to keep your cart and session working. Optional analytics, where used, is aggregate and does not identify you personally. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; essential store features may stop working without them.

5. Data retention and security

Order and invoice records are retained as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled systems.
We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve and document the issue.
