This Privacy Policy explains how Chisel Fitness India Pvt Ltd ("Chisel", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use chiselestore.com (the "Site"). • Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, collected when you place an order.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details are collected and processed by Razorpay on their PCI-DSS-compliant systems — we never see or store them. We receive only a payment reference and status.
• Order history and support conversations: what you bought, and any emails or messages you send our support team.
• Technical data: standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies needed for the store to function — for example, keeping items in your cart.

2. How we use it

• To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to send you order updates.
• To handle returns, refunds and support requests.
• To issue GST invoices and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
• To improve the store — always on aggregated, non-identifying data.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

• Razorpay — to process your payment and refunds.
• Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so your order can be delivered.
• Partner brands — aggregated sales data only; brands do not receive your personal contact details.
• Authorities — where required by law, such as tax or law-enforcement requests.

4. Cookies

The Site uses essential cookies to keep your cart and session working. Optional analytics, where used, is aggregate and does not identify you personally. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; essential store features may stop working without them.

• Order and invoice records are retained as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
